Pastor
Ronnie Gilbert
Pastor Gilbert joined with Lakewood in 2008 as youth pastor. He became the pastor in 2013 during the 70th anniversary of Lakewood. His leadership and care for the flock have helped create and maintain the friendly, welcoming attitude that permeates Lakewood Baptist Church.
Assistant Pastor
Andrew McGowin
Andrew joined the staff in 2016 as the Assistant Pastor and directs the music and teen programs. His passion for music began at age 10 and has continued to be developed through the years.
Assistant Pastor
Seth Pyles
Seth grew up at Lakewood Baptist Church as a teenager, and after graduating from Ambassador Baptist College, joined the staff in 2024. He and his wife Kristen are eager to serve and oversee the van ministry and Saturday outreach.
Children's Church Director
Caleb Rector
Caleb became a member of Lakewood in the fall of 2017 and quickly became the director of children's church. He is an energetic and engaging teacher, and loves to work with young people.
